League 2007 - 2008

Congratulations to Norman Wright, on becoming this season's N.F.F.L Fantasy Champion, 9 points ahead of nearest rival and Runner Up, yours truly, the title being won by the narrow margin of only 9 points for the second consecutive year.
With only Portsmouth players scoring in the final week, transfers were made rapidly. Brett Taylor secured third spot and, following mass transfers, last season's champion, Gareth Williams creeps into fourth, snatching that last "Super League" spot from under Dave's nose.

In Division 1, Pete Tonks takes the title and Cavan O'Driscoll claims runner-up spot, both promoted to the top flight in their first season with us - well done!. Transfers in the final week have that final effect as Josh Wright snatches the final promotion slot, finishing third. Adrian Clarke will claim fourth and a "Super League" spot, Graham Brown missing out on promotion and "Super League" after being in the top three for most of the season, he finishes fifth!
